- 5% GST on the tour cost (added at checkout)
- Costs due to flight / train cancellations, road blocks, weather, political unrest
📋 Cancellation Policy

Refunds (if any) are processed within 10–14 working days. Flight / train tickets once booked are non-refundable as per airline / railway rules.

- Early-bird discount applies only if full payment is received by the discount deadline
- Itinerary may change due to weather, road, or local conditions — equivalent alternative will be provided
- Saumens Travel is not liable for delays caused by natural events, strikes, or government orders
- Disputes, if any, are subject to Kalyani / Nadia jurisdiction only
